We are the standard for athletes that want to play at the next level.
We train athletes to not only push weight, but be athletes in real world positions.
We train speed, power and explosiveness for in-game performance.
We are the standard. We are NLA.
Great offer by River Falls.
I am incredibly grateful to announce I’ve received an offer to play football for @UWRFFootball! Thank you to @CoachBorgerding and @coach_Wiss!

Big Mook! Proud of you!
Athletes the level you start at doesn’t mean that’s where you will finish.
Go where you will play or at least compete to play.
Build elite tape at the next level, the rest will take care of itself.
Seniors, it’s time to face reality. The early signing period is about five weeks away. If you have no D1 offers and little to no contact with D1 coaches, it more than likely means you aren’t currently a D1-level player.
But that’s okay. There are approximately 500 other schools that offer college football, and the JUCO route is also an option.
Don’t let the pursuit of D1 keep you from an opportunity to play college football. The goal should be to find a school that values you, wants you, and gives you an opportunity to play.
Elite Vision

A 2028 LB that can play all 3 phases of the game.
Has a D1 gameday booked.

When an athlete gets feedback, they can do two things. Ignore it or fix it. We spent the last 3 weeks working on Technique and Explosive Power.
That’s Edwin, head down and get to work kid.
