Champions aren't born. They are built.
True greatness is crafted daily, not in a single moment.
Every day, every action counts.
There is no secret to success, but there is a pattern.
hard work
discipline
commitment
resilience
pushing limits
sacrifice
enthusiasm
REPEAT daily

JJ Redick on the tough love he received at Duke
“He said to me, ‘we didn't win a national championship because you weren't worthy of being a champion’
That's one of the worst things and best things that's ever been said to me”
