@Ticketmaster_AU, your support is horrendous. My account got flagged as a bot/breaching rules. Mistakes happen but it's a mistake and I wasn't able to use my @carlbarron tickets at the Palais Tuesday night as a result, lost the money and now you say the ban stays. Be better !
Still nothing. More than a week since the problem started and your system failed. Nothing back. You asked me to DM and still nothing @Ticketmaster_AU and @Ticketmaster. Who will pay for my @NFL @MCG tickets that you won’t allow me access to??
