The fifth plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee concluded in Beijing on Oct. 29, adopting a resolution on persevering with full and rigorous Party self-governance. The session reviewed the work of the Political Bureau, assessed achievements in exercising full and rigorous self-governance in the new era, and made systematic plans for further advancing this endeavor. It also decided to convene the 21st CPC National Congress in Beijing in the second half of 2027. Full and rigorous Party self-governance is essential to upholding the Party’s advanced nature and integrity, strengthening its leadership and governance capacity, and ensuring that it remains committed to serving the people. As the Special Envoy of His Excellency President Dr @MMuizzu, Minister of Islamic Affairs, His Excellency Dr @Mohamedshaheem1, met with His Excellency Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait today. At the meeting, the Special Envoy presented a letter from the President to His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, to the Foreign Minister. Both Ministers discussed the close bilateral relations linking the two friendly countries, as well as frameworks for strengthening and developing them. They further exchanged views on issues of common interest. The Minister of Islamic Affairs and Endowments is currently visiting Kuwait as the Special Envoy of President.

President @MMuizzu just debunked every lie propagated by the opposition regarding Rasmale deal. Opposition is actively trying to sabotage the deal because they know Rasmale is central to solving major problems Maldivians face, from housing, economic stability, employment, foreign currency inflow and debt sustainability. They do not want President Muizzu to succeed in this for obvious reasons. Also, The president confirmed that the proposed real estate law pose no threat and will be open for public consultation and the full final agreement of Rasmale will be disclosed to the relevant standing committee of parliament. President Muizzu is steadfast more than ever to deliver what he promised to the people. PROGRESS!
