How do single #interneurons affect synchrony in vivo? @marco_bocchio &co show that CA1 #hippocampus interneurons form a functionally connected network that promotes synchrony between #PyramidalCells at the single neuron level #PLOSBiology plos.io/4f4tdDI

1/6 A great example of fairness and support in scientific publishing 👇 We recently submitted a paper to Journal "A", receiving fair and overall positive reviews. We were confident we could address all requests within 3 months.

If I could snap my fingers and change everything, here is what I would do: 1) Have all publishing happen on a single, consolidated, 100% subsidized "preprint" platform that publishes, formats, disseminates and archives all works of science with zero cost to authors or users.
The current science publishing system is the worst form of science publishing system. That's it. There's no except.

Just published! 🥁 Hippocampal neurons reinstate specific episodic memories in humans. These Episode Specific Neurons are independent of Concept Neurons or Time Cells and code the conjunction of elements that make up the event. Check it out here: nature.com/articles/s41562-0…
