things i find quit appealing here:
1. it's really quite: it's an estate so, yeah.
2. up to 35% if the residents are foreigners (expats, maybe): mostly Lebanese and Chinese.
3. people are rich here, meh: can't count the amount of lux cars I've seen here bruh, saw an Escalade 2 days ago, G-Wagon be like errand car here.
4. reliable electricity: they literally have 23h59 min of light everyday.
5: it's Lagos 💜
