Really enjoyable game that. So much to talk about. Stockport a very good footballing side & I liked the way moved the ball forward quickly.
Notts absolute monsters, hard work, grit and determination in abundance. Love to see it.
Less said about Dysdale the better! 🤬 #coyp
Great intensity & a great strike for the goal. Fighting for everything, not always getting rub of the green but keep going.
I like Stockport, comfortable on the ball & at times pulling our players out of position to create space in behind.
Need to keep the intensity up
🖤🤍
Kyle Wootton has become such an integral part of Stockport’s squad since joining them.
Really felt he was underrated by many during his time at Notts.
Got me thinking about the squad we had in his last season with us. #notts 👇👀
Christ we needed that. Probably the most complete performance of the season so far. Really did need a response after those four defeats.
Wednesday failing to get a single shot on target, it could have been much more than 2-0 as well.
More of the same needed on saturday #coyp
Decent first half that, great to see Kanu get off the mark.
Exactly what we needed, however …
I don’t want to be the harbinger of doom but we’ve been consistent in only having one good half in us in most games this season, hope we can keep this up second half 🖤🤍
Can’t help but think the biggest challenge we have now is a mental one. Heads will be down & the number of changes in the starting XI’s will start to unsettle a few players.
We’ve lost our identity, endeavour & spark. This won’t be an easy fix but time still on our side 🤞#coyp
