Guardians of the Indian Ocean Region.
The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in New Delhi expresses its sincere appreciation to the Government of India, the Indian Navy and the Indian Air Force for their successful operation to rescue the 20 Iranian crew members of the fishing vessel Azini from pirates. We highly commend the professionalism, courage and effective coordination demonstrated by the Indian Armed Forces, reflecting India's strong commitment to Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) and its role in saving lives beyond borders. This humanitarian operation stands as a testament to the spirit of friendship, solidarity and cooperation between Iran and India. We extend our sincere gratitude to all those involved in ensuring the safe rescue of the Iranian crew.

Sodium tech would be great for large-scale storage, where weight and size aren't key criteria (like in EVs). Na batteries are safe (don't catch fire like Li Ion batteries sometimes do), much cheaper, and IIRC, environmentally friendlier.
#WATCH | We developed a sodium-ion battery because India is expected to deploy 3,000 GWh of battery storage but remains dependent on imports. Achieving self-reliance requires domestic cell manufacturing and a secure supply chain. Since materials account for 60% of cell manufacturing costs, we use agricultural waste from farmers to produce hard carbon, which we now export internationally: Yogesh Sharma, Professor, IIT. @PMOIndia @mnreindia #BRESummit2026

Another person who believes personal vibes >> serious data. Tiring. Extreme poverty is different from poverty. Growing up in the 1980s and 1990s, I have seen terrible poverty even just outside Mumbai. These guys have no clue how bad things were.
No way people believe this shit.

You don't say, "I proposed him/her", you say, "I proposed TO him/her". You don't say, "I didn't knew", you say, "I didn't know". Please.

Very impressive. If they are able to do this with the love we see at Vantara, they will earn the blessings of many many people.

There it comes.
In all, Narendra Modi has abused his powers more ruthlessly and over a longer period than any other Indian leader. And yet, Indian democracy is more resilient than many make out economist.com/briefing/2026/…

Hey @CdnHumanRights is this allowed in Canada? Does this not come under discrimination?
My yoga studio has a strict NO INDIANS policy right on our website.

This is amazing progress.
97% of Indians in their 20s are literate (this number for 15-24 age group is from five years ago.) That is a dramatic change from just two decades ago.

Did anybody elae also notice that this mission went well after a discreet (or not so discreet) visit to ISRO by the NSA, Mr. Doval? #conspiracytheory #Deepstate ? @aravind
With this success, India's NavIC satellite system is active again at basic working level This is to be followed up with NVS 04 and NVS 05 launches soon Pause of NavIC for so many months was one of our strategic vulnerabilities Now Modiji can start whatever strategic missions he had out on pause

The number of groups fighting with each other on X is basically = n(n-1)/2. (i.e., every group is fighting every other group) The problem is, no one knows the exact value of n.

We need an anti-rabies vaccine, that's better than what we have today and can save lives at almost any stage of the disease. @claudeai, @OpenAI @GeminiApp guys, do your magic. This will be a big, big improvement.
Civilized societies prioritize saving human lives, maximizing their happiness, and minimizing their fears. Many dog owners spend time and money to train, vaccinate, and neuter their pets to live responsibly in their societies. On the other hand, the so-called "dog lovers" of India only want to feed and pet the strays without being responsible for the trauma, deaths, and accidents on Indian streets they cause. They must give up the selfishness of their low-touch attachment and oxytocin hits to prevent such unfortunate incidents and let municipalities do their job of animal control.

Aapko teen baar vote karke PM banaya, ye yaad dila dilakar bhi, teesri term lag gayi middle class ke liye kaam karne ke liye. Modiji please ek baar aapke anna daataaon ke liye bhi aisa boliye.
Modi Ji ka alag hi swag hai! 😎 Middle class ki ₹12 Lakh aay par ZERO tax! Upar se unka sense of humor- "Aapko yaad dilaana padta hai, jo mila wo hazam, aisa nahi chalta!" 😂 Only NaMo can deliver facts with such savage style! 🔥🇮🇳

In this situation and context, the PM's statement about the middle class is especially badly-timed.
Xi is dialling up pressure on LAC while putting up export restrictions. Trump is repeating his Op Sindoor lie, while pressuring India on trade and tech. Both are doing many other things with plausible deniability - remember, just because you are not paranoid it does not mean they are not out to get you. Qatar-Pak-Turkey-Malaysia-BD are getting gradually closer with occasional flirting for the same by Saudis and Indonesians too in a Sunni semi-NATO. India is cutting deals with basically everyone else to hedge. As @HindolSengupta has said, if we break through the next few years (which I think we will) geopolitics will see a gargantuan change, perhaps unprecedented in centuries.

WTF is this qawwali doing in the Ramayana? Is this the same A R Rahman who gave us O Paalanhaare and Pal Pal Hai Bhaari? Where is the Bhaav? Of course, there's a place for Qawwali, and I love it myself. But not here. Man, I give up on Bollywood. youtube.com/watch?v=z_e1d5_V…

This is kilometres above the slop that has been inflicted upon us in the name of "Punjabi music". How can one not love such soulful musicin that sweet language? And to think we were told jugnis, balle balle-shaava shaavas and Ferraris were the only thing in Punjabi music!
This guy Sartaj is such a soulful singer! Sings with so much of feelings and expertise! PR media needlessly hypes mediocre Diljit Dosanjh as a good singer! xitter.gq/ayaanpanda1/status/211…

Hey @ACKOIndia, I took a car insurance policy from you, but your system got my car model wrong. It registered as an SUV model instead of a sedan model. I have written a mail about it as well. Please correct it immediately and please get in touch with me. Thanks
