This is entirely my personal opinion: I believe Guru Nanak founded Sikhism as a reform movement in response to Hindu religious practices, particularly idol worship and the multiplicity of gods and goddesses. His emphasis on Ik Onkar-One Supreme Reality-reinforced the idea that God’s teachings matter more than any image or idol. The divine is one, and its wisdom matters more than its representation.

Dude your illiteracy and defunct history speaks for itself. Sikhism was founded on the principle to protect Hinduism from the Moghuls. The oldest son of a Hindu family in Punjab joined Guru Nanak ji in this movement. Sikhism does not denounce Hindu practices otherwise they themselves would never recognize festivities like Diwali etc. Yes they developed their own identity latter. However all laws for Hindus Sikhs Jains and Buddhist fall under one purview which is the Hindu Succession act etc etc. Sikhism is an of sect of Hinduism. Every Hindu recognizes Guru Nanak ji and even get married in Sikh Gurudwaras.

Wife earns ~₹54,700/month
Family court granted maintenance of ₹20,000 to wife.
But she went to High Court and demanded ₹85,000 per month, saying her husband earns ~₹40 lakh annually.
HC rejected and said:
"A woman who is well educated, employed and earns enough to take care of herself cannot claim maintenance from her spouse merely because his income is higher."
