Our monthly revenue is dropping from $30k to $23k. Here's why we're not panicking.
We cracked organic, but scaling it has been hard. We've burned through three channels:
- Lost $5k on influencer partnerships that didn't convert
- Killed our UGC campaign after another $5k with poor results
- Wasted time and money on ads
What we're doing differently:
- Launching a new UGC campaign with lessons from the first failure
- Brought in an expert for ads. Early signals show 2.37 ROAS, but we're still testing
- Paused influencers for now
Each failure taught us something. Now we're applying it :)

the biggest bottleneck for getting a mobile app live is NOT building the entire app and all its intricacies... the big annoying part is going through app store review processes (especially when you haven't before) and what you think would take hours, takes 7-21 business days.
