#Noirvember A Hitchcockian Neo-Noir thriller with a good cast. The film is based on the 1952 novel Fallen Angel. #Mirage #Hitchcockian #FilmX

#Noirvember I had high expectations for this film and I was left feeling underwhelmed by it. This is the first film from Akira Kurosawa that I've been disappointed by.

A marvellous stop-motion animated fantasy film. The story, the score and the voice cast were all excellent. One of the best films of the year #Wildwood

#Noirvember A decent neo-noir. I wanted to watch this because of the TV show Furious. It was inspired by this film. If you haven't already checked it out, you should. It's great. #FilmX #BlackWidow

A worthy sequel. The story was good and the action sequences were awesome. The only negative that I have is that I would have liked to have seen more of Godzilla and Ghidorah fighting #GodzillaMinusZero

I don't want to shame any particular woman here, but publicly announcing that the #RussellBrand conviction must be wrong because you went home with him and he didn't rape you makes about as much sense as saying 'well, I left 25 Cromwell Street alive, so Fred West's innocent.'

#Noirvember A superb neo-noir crime thriller. The film helped define the lone-wolf hitman archetype in modern cinema and heavily influenced later directors such as Martin Scorsese, John Woo, Michael Mann, and David Fincher. #LeSamourai #FilmX

#Noirvember A great film noir with a good cast. The film was based on the story "Case History" written by Gertrude Walker, loosely based on the relationship between Bugsy Siegel and Virginia Hill. This was the first of three cinematic collaborations between Sherman and聽Crawford

A fantastic dark comedy. Martin McDonagh delivers yet again. John Malkovich and Sam Rockwell were great together. Definitely one of the best films of the year #WildHorseNine #FilmX

#Noirvember Criss Cross is one of the great examples of 1940s film noir at its most tragic. It's 1940s film noir at its most influential as far as style goes. The film is based on Don Tracy's 1934 novel of the same name. #CrissCross #FilmX #FilmNoir

#Noirvember A solid sports film-noir. It stars Humphrey Bogart in his final film role, along with Rod Steiger and Jan Sterling, and features professional boxers Max Baer and Jersey Joe Walcott in supporting roles. #TheHarderTheyFall #FilmX

#Noirvember An entertaining Film-Noir thriller with a good cast. The story is simple but effective. It's based on a 1943 radio play of the same name by Lucille Fletcher. She also wrote the film's screenplay #SorryWrongNumber #FilmX

A terrific comedy. Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau are a great comedy duo. This is their second of 10 collaborations together. The film is based on a play of the same name by Neil Simon. He also wrote the film's screenplay. #FilmX #TheOddCouple

#Noirvember There's no better way to kick off Noirvember than with a terrific film-noir. Night and the City is dark and uncompromising. I can see why it's highly rated. It is based on the novel of the same name by Gerald Kersh. #FilmX #NightandtheCity
