I commend those who deal with mental struggles without any type of drug or stimulant to distract them from the problem, cause~ It seems to be a slippery slope into a destructive lifestyle and creates a dependency where you don’t even realize what’s happening. Or maybe you do idk

Issues were already preexisting and I never seemed to care about finding the root of the problem and just pushing them deeper down. But all that does is just make the coping methods have to work harder to make you feel full again.

Actively trying to better myself and not just ignore the problems, that’s what creates progress. Not just choosing to be the victim of misfortune and paving my steps with holes I already accounted to fall into. Been frustrated with a lot for awhile. Brb
