No it’s valid feedback, and I am not vengeful like this. What you are sensing is real - Cosmos as an “ecosystem” is ending. But, in my view, this is expected. Cosmos was never going to be an ecosystem in the same way that Ethereum was. Cosmos is a tech stack, not a chain. There is no unifying rallying cry that everyone agrees on. This means that what Cosmos becomes is not going to look like Hyperliquid and Solana. It is going to look entirely different. This is what it means to have sovereignty - people do their own thing. People connect where needed, and chains have individual purpose. The dream of the “internet” of blockchains is more alive than ever, and as we execute our Cosmos expansion strategy strategy, many of the Cosmos OGs tell us this was the plan for the stack early on. I am not afraid, nor am I regretful. We are building technology that companies really need. My job is to serve customers of the stack and bring value to ATOM. My job is not to save the projects in the ecosystem that cannot stand on their own. It might feel empty, but the reality is hundreds of teams use this technology. Hyperliquid uses this tech, BNB chain, and of course the Cosmos Hub. So many Cosmos chains have done a fantastic job building community and building apps, using them is still being a part of Cosmos. In sum - this was expected. We are not grieving, although I understand it’s a shift from Cosmos’ early days.
