Not only was Loki's design ass, but also irrelevant to point that fight was off screen,got speed blitzed by someone nearly 20 times bigger than him, and his best attack comes from his hammer which Base Luffy has already outperformed.

I still stand by this. If Loki doesn't show decent feats in a 1v1 against Imu, he's officially weaker than Luffy and Old Gaban.

1. Blueno's DF would put Luffy in a different dimension.
2. Robin's DF would let him sprout limbs on his opponents.
3. Sugar's DF would turn them into dolls.
He just needs these three DFs to mid diff everyone.
So Luffy stops maybe at Ichigo but definitely at Goku
