I’m looking to connect with a researcher/dramaturg with a background in opera to collaborate on an R&D next spring (paid, of course!). Particularly keen to hear from BESEA folks. If this is you please get in touch: [email protected]
Please retweet! 🙏🏻

On the final day of the Fringe, The Wee Review's Managing Editor @Peaky76 and I have written companion pieces on the future for organisations like ours. Here's mine. If you value what I've been doing this August, please give me a few minutes of your time:

joining us tonight in the Infirmary Bar this evening are the wonderful band from @ofdiversion’s SH!TSHOW, playing out our Fringe in style 🎷🎸🥁🐸✨
Come join us for some funk ‘n’ soul classics this evening ✨
With utmost respect for reviewers, is it bad etiquette to email and ask for feedback as to why we weren’t selected for review during our run? I understand it’s down to each reviewers personal preference but I feel like I sent so many emails and DMs to no avail #EdFringe22
Hey @fringebiscuit are you ready to get dumped on tonight! Come along to @GreensideVenue Riddles Court at 22:05 to piss yourself laughing and bop along to tunes that stick like skid marks! Excited to be spontaneous with you 😉
If you’re a femme-identifying person of colour at #EdFringe2022 we want you on stage for a lil comedy cameo in
Sh!tshow. So far in our run this has been done by our director but we’d love to connect with other #fringeofcolour artists and cross promo! DM if keen!
We’ve had the kindest audience reviews but are yet to hear the media weigh in! Would love to see you at the last week of sh!tshow at 22:05 with @GreensideVenue Riddles Court @TheStudentPaper @edfringe_review @broadwaybaby @CultureFixUK @ThreeWeeks @derekawards1 @bingefringemag
Reminder you can use the password ‘Number 2’ at the @GreensideVenue box office to get 2for1 tickets today!
We’ve had some glorious feedback for our show and would love to share the love with more of you! 22:05 at @GreensideVenue until the 27th! Don’t miss out!
TFW audiences and reviewers love your show but your venue reminds you that you’re averaging less than 20% in ticket sales😵💫 I’m not at #edfringe to make money, but I do want to share my story with many more people! 2:50 @FollowTheCow George Square. Please join me today! 🖤🧁🙏🏻
Welcome #EdFringe2022 week 3-ers. I’m begging you to share some of your energy with us. We’re pooped.

Break a leg tonight @namependingent for the last performance of ‘Chicago, Chicago!’ we saw it a few nights ago and it was bloody amazing to see empowered women killing it on stage! Don’t miss out they have limited tickets left!
we’re doing a spicy little 2-for-1 deal for our final week of sh!tshow ! when buying your ticket at the @GreensideVenue box office say ‘Number Two’ 😏 to get a second ticket for free!
Thank you so much @namependingent you guys were a stellar audience!!
Sh!tshow by @ofdiversion is definitely not a shit show! It was fucking incredible and had us all belly laughing. If you haven’t booked to go see it yet you are genuinely missing out on some fantastic tunes💩🥳🫶🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thank you so much @AMatterofTime5 !! Loved seeing you there last night
Finally got to see Sh!tshow by @ofdiversion! What a treat - such an ingenious concept, witty, slick, joyous, uplifting, badass music and so, so much fun.

Love making pals with fellow @GreensideVenue shows on the mile!! This looks ace @ofdiversion
Ok let’s set a record for the most #EdFringe22 shows featured in a single Tiktok, so send someone from your show in full costume / merch with a flyer / poster to the Meadows coffee cart next Tuesday 23rd at 1pm and we’ll make it happen #EdinburghFringe #EdFringe2022
Started my morning with a call to AA after my car wouldn’t start last night. Shoutout to my Uber XL driver William who was the most accommodating getting our whole ass drumkit and set to @GreensideVenue in time for our 22:05 show! #fringefestival #cartrouble #flopera
Walked past Black Medicine in the wet drizzle this morning and the lady with the birds nest on her head wasn’t there. I feel like I’ve lost a piece of my #EdFringe22 soul. Truly an iconic part of my daily flyering quest… #dailyjoys #EdinburghFringe #thunderstorms
