If the Utah GOP was serious, we would see a full court press for relevant legislation and ballot measures. Drive public opinion. Help form voter opinion. Do NOT leave it up to leftwing extremists and millions in out-of-state funding to form voter opinion.
It is almost like the Utah GOP is clueless as to how public opinion is formed.😡 The Utah Legislature puts something they think is important on the ballot and think their work is done. No support, no ads, no marketing. No real explanation of why this, why now? Conversely Democrats do their coordinated full court press against. Millions of dollars spent on propaganda against “um, corruption” and “power grab” and whatever. Wow, advertising works. Worse is Republicans fund extra propaganda against them with our tax dollars. KUER is the Democrats Communications Network. They air Democrats for hours on end to smear Republicans and campaign against things like Amendment B. Hey @utahhousereps @utahsenate @UtahGOP how about you stop funding Democrats and put your own oars in the water? Public opinion is made, it isn’t just is.

Utah, let’s clear up the falsehoods on Amendment B. 1. “It takes away our right to citizen initiatives!”
False. Citizen initiatives remain. Amendment B applies only to initiatives that raise taxes, and it only moves the threshold from 50%+1 to 60%. 2. “We’ve never required a supermajority before!”
Not true. Utah already requires a supermajority for certain wildlife-related initiatives. Arizona also passed a similar measure in 2022. 3. “A simple majority is fair.”
Is it fair for 3 counties to be able to raise taxes on the other 26 counties in Utah? That’s the concern Amendment B addresses. 4. “Why shouldn’t lawmakers face the same 60% threshold?”
Legislators can be held accountable at the ballot box. Initiative sponsors don’t face that same direct accountability from voters after an initiative passes. 5. “Initiatives don’t raise taxes. This is a legislative power grab!”
Utah’s Medicaid expansion initiative passed in 2018. Its projected cost was about $78 million, but costs grew to nearly $140 million by 2025. Amendment B doesn’t eliminate initiatives or transfer control to lawmakers. It adds a higher approval threshold, a necessary check, for initiatives that raise taxes. Protect Utah families and taxpayers. Vote YES on B!

Utah’s housing prices are high because there are 250k+ illegal aliens taking up our housing inventory. It’s not because developers don’t have enough tax breaks to jam as much high density housing as possible on us.
Replying to @SLCPaladin
- Housing supply suffers: These incentives contribute to resistance to residential development, worsening California's housing shortage. - Housing prices soar: Housing demand outpaces supply, pushing home prices and rents higher. 3/

I’m voting YES on Amendment B because I don’t think Democrats and their out-of-state donors should be able to lie with impunity to try and raise taxes.

I want to know why Utah’s attorney general and state leadership are laser focused on banning Kalshi but completely fine with 250k+ illegal alien criminals, massive increases in gang violence, and LGBTQP terror cells operating with impunity. Completely idiotic.
Everything in Utah must be perfect considering the government has the time to constantly harass the employees of a federally regulated futures exchange.

Guys, i don't think they just want healthcare.
A protester holds a sign reading "F*** him right in the neck hole" in front of the "Pick Up the Mic" event with Alex Stein at the University of Oregon, mocking Charlie Kirk's assassination. Charlie was assassinated last year at Utah Valley University during his American Comeback Tour. "Pick Up the Mic" was launched after his death to carry on his campus debates. @TaylerUSA | @TPUSA

It’s time to dismantle the LGBTQP domestic terrorist organizations active and operating across Utah.

Domestic terrorism is alive and well in Utah. Numerous LGBTQP people knew in advance that Charlie Kirk would be killed and NONE of them have been charged yet. It’s only a matter of time before these domestic terrorists move beyond assault and into murder. Stop them!
Armed queers are standing with "amber" How much longer until they start to harm other conservative students??

Anything less than expulsion by the University of Utah is unacceptable. The fact that this mentally unstable individual actually attends school here is a stain on the U.
WATCH: A transgender (biological male) tells the @UofUGOP "I think Republicans should be shot in the street" before tackling a student and ripping his shirt. More details will be posted below as they become available.

Do you think the University of Utah will expel this mentally ill man for attacking conservative students? If not, why are we paying taxes to this leftwing cesspool?
College Republican attacked while peacefully tabling at the University of Utah. Transgender man rips shirt off conservative student for affirming there are only 2 genders. Why does this keep happening on college campuses?

Remember, it is perfectly “legal” for Democrats to assault, harass, and attack conservatives but if you tell a foreigner to go back to their own country, you can face up to 5 years in prison. What a joke.
A 21-year-old man is charged with a felony for allegedly shouting at a man of Indian descent in downtown Helena to “go back to his country,” according to court documents. billingsgazette.com/news/sta…

This leftwing activist is sooooo mad she got caught sleeping with the lead counsel for the League of Women Voters - whom she ruled favorably for. Now she is revealing her true colors. Vote NO on ALL judicial retentions!
NEW: Former Utah Supreme Court Justice Diana Hagen has taken to social media to urge retention of her former colleagues on the bench. It comes as top Republicans like @BurgessOwens have pushed for Justice Jill Pohlman to be ousted over decisions related to Prop 4. @abc4utah

How many more people have to be attacked and killed at Utah’s Universities before Spencer Cox will take action against the LGBTQP monsters who are perpetrating these attacks? @GovCox

People across Utah are fighting back against the corrupt political establishment AND Democrats. Constitutional Action is doing amazing things!
Utah keeps electing Republicans, but the problems they want solved keep getting worse. They pay exorbitant taxes — among the highest in any “red state” — for neighborhoods where it’s impossible to raise a family, schools that psychologically abuse children, a justice system that plays catch-and-release with violent criminals, libraries full of leftist trash, parks that are unsafe for their children to play in. And when they appeal to their Republican leaders for relief, they’re told that doing anything to stem the tide of dysfunction would be contrary to the Constitution and “Utah Values”. That’s why we started Constitutional Action, to recruit leaders who will treat the Constitution as a mandate for action, rather than an excuse for inaction. Ben Wilson and I believe that Utahns are ready for something better. — but as long as the median Utah voter gets their news from KSL, the Salt Lake Tribune, the Deseret News, and the Daily Herald, we will never reach them. So now we’ve created Constitutional Action News. We want Utahns to know what is really going on in their state, and to catch the vision that they do not have to live like this. There is nothing inevitable about Utah falling into the same dysfunction as California, Minnesota, or Colorado: it is a decision being made over and over again, every day, by weak and cowardly political leaders wearing GOP lapel pins. This weekly show will focus on Utah issues as we build momentum here — but these stories will be relevant no matter where you live, because what is happening in Utah is happening everywhere. We are facing a national crisis, and it will require a national movement. In this first episode, we explain how the project began, our plans to field candidates in Utah, and why outrage has become such a dependable business model for the conservative movement.

Utah leftists will unironically complain about rising property taxes then immediately vote for the political party that explicitly promises to raise taxes. Not the sharpest tools in the shed.

I hope Saritha wins in NY. If she doesn’t, she should get a spot in the current or future Republican admin. Rockstar!
Your move, New York. Get out there and vote and let’s put crime and corruption in check.

Kelzie Ryann Luna and George Sanchez-Juarez were caught aiding and abetting foreign invaders. Four days is pathetic. They should be jailed for LIFE!
A Salt Lake City couple has been sentenced after admitting they helped a person escape ICE custody and used bolt cutters to remove his handcuffs. Kelzie Ryann Luna, 21, and George Sanchez-Juarez, 22, each pleaded guilty and were sentenced to four days in prison, a $600 fine, $28 in restitution and six months of supervised release. Federal prosecutors say the incident happened in October 2025 after agents attempted an arrest at a Salt Lake City Home Depot. “Those who choose to take the law into their own hands will be held accountable,” U.S. Attorney Melissa Holyoak said. Homeland Security Investigations Special Agent in Charge Charles Engle said, “Their actions were not harmless.”
