Concentrated liquidity means you are not spreading liquidity all the way 'out the curve', meaning to 0 and infinity. You're concentrating your liquidity in a much tighter range, and as your liquidity is utilised you earn fees on that.
The risk is that if the price moves out of that range, the fees stop, and you have lost a bit to 'impermanent loss' (the amount you would gain if you just held the token)
But that's the way she goes.
