The Cassiciacum Thesis holds that modern papal claimants are materially but not formally popes. While they possess legal designation, they are deprived of authority by an inherent obstacle: their intention to impose novel, false doctrines upon the Church. "Pope" Leo XIV’s declaration that the death penalty is "inadmissible" is a textbook confirmation of this obstacle. If capital punishment is inherently inadmissible, then God was the author of evil in the Old Testament, and the Church permitted an inadmissible practice for 2,000 years. "Whosoever shall shed man's blood, his blood shall be shed: for man was made to the image of God." (Genesis 9:6) "He that striketh and killeth a man, dying let him die." (Leviticus 24:17) To justify this contradiction, Leo relies on the evolution of dogma, a concept the Church explicitly condemns. What Leo teaches clearly contradicts Revelation. As St. Paul strictly warned: "But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach a gospel to you besides that which we have preached to you, let him be anathema." (Galatians 1:8) #Catholic #WakeUp

On the feast of St. Pius X, we recall the glorious acts of his pontificate, exactly as the Church records them: 1. He condemned and completely uprooted the pernicious errors of Modernism. 2. He compiled the laws of the Church into a single body. 3. He opened Holy Communion to children and promoted daily reception. 4. He restored Sacred Music to its pristine splendor. 5. He utterly rejected the civil veto in Papal elections. 6. He restored the laws for the catechetical instruction of the faithful. He governed the Church firmly and made NO compromise with error. May he intercede for the SSPX today, that they finally see the reality of the crisis, abandon the illusion that authority can reside in those who objectively promulgate a false religion, and COMPLETELY reject Vatican II.

Outside of the election of a true Pope, the absolute best thing that could happen to the Catholic Church right now is for the SSPX to finally acknowledge the formal vacancy of the See of Peter. The theological reality is clear: Leo XIV (Prevost) lacks authority due to a fundamental defect of intention. Because he intends to impose a false religion upon the Church—which is entirely contrary to the end of papal authority—he cannot be the pope formaliter. The necessary consequence of this defect of intention is that all of his "papal acts" are completely null and void from the start. This includes any supposed excommunications or canonical penalties. It is time for the SSPX to adopt a clear, unambiguous, and coherent theological position that actually satisfies the rigorous demands of Catholic ecclesiology.
