Bought Polaris tickets on @united from NYC to SF with my Fiancé and Puppy. Once on board l, the flight attendants tells us we can’t have a dog in First Class. We had a choice, get off or sit in coach. Not communicated nicely of course. Absolutely furious! #unitedAIRLINES

Flew first class on @AmericanAir yesterday w/ my 4 month puppy -airline compliant. They made me put her in a box for take off & landing saying I didn’t have the leg room. Ridiculous! Also didn’t happen on previous flight. She was so freaked & soiled herself. #AmericanAirlines
