I now have two sources close to Susie Wiles who claim that Trump is preparing a vast misinformation campaign for November 4th, built around conspiracy theories alleging widespread election fraud. The plan? Declare victory regardless of the results, accuse Democratic officials of manufacturing ballots overnight, claim voting machines were secretly manipulated, and demand that Republican candidates refuse to concede. In this scenario, the goal isn’t to prove fraud. It’s to convince millions of Americans that any election Republicans lose must have been stolen.

Hegseth has been angling for Senator Blackburn to appoint him to her Senate seat if she wins the Tennessee governor’s race next week and vacates it. The seat runs to January 2031. The impeachment vote runs the week of 9 November. You don’t need a slide rule to smell that panic.

Let’s be clear, Amy Acton’s birth mother hasn’t been in her life for 48 years. So when the birth mother calls Amy a liar, she’s calling the 12 year old who was raped by her step-father a liar. Vivek has reached a new disgusting low, even for Republicans.

Had FDR aligned the U.S. with Hitler during the late 1930s, it would have been no different than what Trump is doing now. Our president is abandoning not only our allies, but also our national ideas and our commitment to freedom, democracy, human rights, and the dignity of ..1/2

every person. We have not always upheld those ideals. Sometimes our nation has even outright contradicted them. But, at least since the Civil War, we have more or less maintained them. To watch what is happening now is both disorienting and very, very disappointing.

By the time the news of the sanctions went public, Kirill Dmitriev, the CEO of Russia’s wealth fund to Putin, had already posted “Checkmate” on social media, they already knew Trump would deliver what they wanted. Russia played Trump, and they are not even trying to hide it.

How much longer can Republicans act as if Trump is not aligned with Putin?

Trump is a traitor to the United States. He has made it more than clear now.

The selective demand for due process tells you exactly who MAGA republicans are eager to protect.

As we all expected. CNN, MS NOW, and POLITICO reporters are still being denied access to the White House this morning, despite a federal judge ordering the administration to immediately restore their press credentials. This falls into legal category of “high crimes”.

POLITICO exposed Vance as the leaker behind one of the stories the White House later cited to justify banning the outlet from White House grounds. So either they planted these stories and then used them as an excuse to ban the outlets reporting them, or it’s MAGA targeting MAGA.

Bloomberg reports that officials involved in an internal Pentagon investigation found that Thiel’s Palantir Smart System played a significant role in the strike on the Elementary School in Iran. They relied on outdated intelligence identifying the site as an IRGC facility.

The warnings coming from people building AI are getting harder to ignore. We’re talking about warnings of human extinction, losing control of advanced AI, biological weapons becoming easier to create, cyberattacks, attacks on hospitals /power grids, and AI systems gaining…

access to real-world networks. And Trump today called the people raising these concerns “very negative forces” and bringing up things that “won’t happen.” When the people building this technology are warning that risks could be catastrophic, those should be taken seriously.

The worst thing we can do is act like we already know the truth before the evidence gets to speak.

Mental illness doesn’t make a crime innocent, but it can make a person radically different from the person we see after the crime. The most dangerous oversimplification here is to judge the act and then reduce the entire human being to that act. If postpartum psychosis 1/2

medication, and a psychological breakdown played a role, understanding that isn’t “making excuses”-it’s the heart of justice. Mercy doesn’t erase responsibility, and responsibility doesn’t justify pretending the illness wasn’t there.
