First time in Pakistan, I met a guy painting in the local art market in Islamabad.
Bought a painting from him after silently watching him live paint a gorgeous piece. It is a piece of whirling dervishes in front of Badshahi Mosque Lahore. Couldn’t visit Lahore that time due to circumstances beyond my control.
Carried my rolled piece through like 3 countries and finally framed it in Lagos.
Placed it in a part of my house where I walk past it every day.
Yeah finally made it to the location of one of my fav pieces.

Harry Kane just won the ballondor over Yamal and Rodri who won the World Cup.
But I want to remind you people that in 2023 Erling Haaland scored 54 goals, broke every record in England, won the treble, won the PL, UCL and European golden boot and was best player in every competition he played in.
But somehow they gifted it to Messi for scoring 5 penalties in the World Cup 😂
Joke award.

We really are poor people, and it’s not even about money
We are poor in conscience. Poor in morals. Poor in honor.
The country cannot change if the masses don’t change. Period!

I’m de*ddd!!!😭😂
Ideas are truly evenly distributed
Been working on this for the past 1 week lmao!
Only difference is, I wanted something that wasn’t dependent on an external device, so I didn’t use the mobile phone censor to control motion.
Also, this was meant to be a concept, and I already noted down every possibilities and limitations given the present tech.
Am i the only one that clocks these fake quotes?
🚨 Arsène Wenger on Arsenal players being left out of the Ballon d’Or top 10:
🗣️ Arsène Wenger: “No Arsenal player finished in the top 10. Declan Rice is fifteenth. William Saliba is joint twenty-ninth. That is the ranking. These players spent the season in the Premier League and the Champions League. They faced the strongest opposition in Europe every week. They were not peripheral. They were central to results against the best teams. Their performances were consistent and they were decisive in matches that mattered. Yet they are outside the top 10.
“Michael Olise finished ninth. Lionel Messi finished fifth. Olise played at Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga. He was one of the most important players in that league. He created chances, he scored, he influenced games at a high level. Messi played at Inter Miami in MLS. The standard of opposition is different. The physical demands are different. The pressure is different. Still, Messi is fifth and Olise is ninth. Arsenal’s players, who competed in a more demanding environment, finished behind both.
“Rice was asked to control the midfield against top sides in England and Europe. He did that repeatedly. Saliba was asked to defend against the best attackers in those competitions. He did that at a high level. These were not isolated performances. They were sustained across a full season of difficult matches. The ranking places them outside the top 10 while placing a player from MLS above them and above Olise.
“The Ballon d’Or is presented as a recognition of the best seasons. These positions do not reflect the seasons Arsenal’s players had. They do not reflect the level of football they played. They do not reflect the quality of opposition they faced week after week. The list puts Messi fifth, Olise ninth, and Arsenal players outside the top 10. That is the outcome of the voting.
“People will point to reputation or individual moments. Those factors exist. They do not explain why players who performed consistently in the Premier League and Champions League finish below someone who was in MLS. They do not explain why Olise, who was central to Bayern’s season, sits below Messi. The ranking does not align with the demands of the seasons.
“This is what the voters produced. No Arsenal player in the top 10. Rice fifteenth. Saliba joint twenty-ninth. Olise ninth. Messi fifth. The football played by Arsenal’s players does not support those positions. The ranking stands as it is. It does not match the year they had.”
How do you guys come up with these things? Is there a claude skill?
🚨 Mikel Arteta reveals what he told Max Dowman after his red card against Fleetwood Town:
🎙️ Interviewer: “Mikel, cameras caught you speaking furiously to Max Dowman as he headed down the tunnel after his red card. What did you say to him?
Mikel Arteta:
“I was furious. I’m not going to stand here and pretend otherwise. We have just been eliminated from the Carabao Cup by a League Two side sitting 18th in their division, and when you play for Arsenal, you have to understand the responsibility that comes with that shirt”
“I told Max, ‘Look at me. I understand that the player kicked you. I understand that you were angry, and I understand that you felt you needed to react. But you cannot allow another player to decide your actions for you!’
“Do you know what hurts me most? He is a young player with incredible talent, and we are trying to help him grow. But tonight, he gave the opposition exactly what they wanted. They provoked him, he reacted, and suddenly we are talking about his red card instead of what this team was supposed to achieve”
“I told him, ‘Max, you can be angry. You can feel disrespected. You can believe the referee should have protected you better. But you cannot lose control. Not here. Not in this shirt. Not when your teammates are depending on you!’
“And yes, I was harsh with him. He needed to understand how serious this was. His actions hurt the team, and we cannot simply brush that aside because he is young. Being young gives you room to learn, but it does not mean there are no consequences.
“But let me make one thing clear: I will not abandon a young player because he has made a mistake. I will challenge him, I will demand more from him, and I will help him become better. Max has a future, but talent alone will not protect him from difficult nights like this.
“Tonight should hurt. It should hurt every one of us. We have to look at ourselves, accept the consequences and make sure we never put ourselves in this position again.”

I’m so solution-oriented that I get genuinely frustrated when people just want to dwell on a problem and keep talking about it. Like, WTH?! 😭 WHAT’S THE SOLUTION??

One of the FE engineers I really admire and respect once swore he would never work with people or use AI to code, but now he complains about the Claude code limit being a bottleneck even on his plan.
Give it time; you will adjust too.
🚨🗣️ Zinedine Zidane Proposes Separate Awards for Club and International Football
“The Ballon d’Or organisers need to be more consistent with their decisions.
They used La Liga performances to award Lamine Yamal the Kopa Trophy over Pau Cubarsí, relied on World Cup performances to award Unai Simón the Yashin Trophy over David Raya, ignoring a whole season of club football and used Bundesliga performances to award Harry Kane the Gerd Müller Trophy over Kylian Mbappé, despite Mbappé's incredible scoring record.
They also prioritised Champions League success when selecting Club of the Year, yet placed greater emphasis on international tournament success when choosing Coach of the Year over managers who delivered outstanding results at club level.
So, which criteria actually matter: domestic league performances, Champions League success or international tournaments?
If the organisers cannot apply consistent standards across every category, they should separate club football awards from international football awards.
Players and managers deserve recognition based on clear, fair criteria, not standards that appear to change from one award to another. The Ballon d’Or needs reform.
