You shouldn't have just one CV. Most people create a CV, spend time making it look good, maybe even give it to someone to optimize, and once that is done, that's their CV. If someone asks for it six months later, they open Google Drive and send the same document. That's the wrong way to use a CV. Your portfolio can be relatively fixed because it shows the body of work you've built over time. Your CV has a different job. It needs to show a particular company why your experience makes sense for a particular role. That means the job description should influence the CV you send. Let's use ourselves at Pace, a global stablecoin payment product, as an example. Say we're hiring a content creator and one of the things we need is someone who can consistently create content that reaches a large audience. We open one CV and see, “Created and managed social media content for the company.” Then we open another and see, “Created 10 viral posts in my previous role.” The second CV immediately gets our attention because it speaks directly to what we're hiring for. We need someone who can create content that reaches people, and this candidate has made it easy for us to see that they've done exactly that before. This is where a lot of people get their CV wrong. Before sending your next application, read the job description first. Understand exactly what the company needs this person to do, the responsibilities attached to the role and what the company stands for. Then go back to your experience and find the achievements that prove you've already handled those responsibilities. Don't make the company figure out why you're a good fit. Present your experience in a way that answers what they're already looking for. That's the CV you should send.

The goal isn't to cash out your USDT. The goal is to use it when you need it.
