Luo Fanghong, known online as ”Dark Lord.“ He currently works as a staff member in the Medical Technology Department at Bo‘ai Hospital in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, China.
Like other core members, Luo Fanghong has long engaged in the brutal and inhumane killing of cats on a large scale.
In addition to various heinous tortures—such as live dissection with a chainsaw, scalding their throats with boiling water, skinning them alive, and branding with irons—he particularly enjoys murdering kittens in front of their mothers. After mutilating the kittens, he chops them into pieces and forces the mother cats to eat them, inflicting maximum physical and psychological trauma.
As an employee of a public maternal and child health hospital, he has persistently tortured mother cats and their kittens using such sickening methods. His home walls are covered with tools used for torture and banned weapons like crossbows.
Following a report to the police, He was taken away by the police yesterday for questioning (not under formal detention).
