Ever since I realized that the majority here don’t value art, I gave up. Not even interested in any new mints anymore.
Am I still bullish on Ordinals? Yes. But I’m no longer going to act blind to the obvious reality of the ecosystem. The current audience is playing a PVP game. Founders want our sats so badly that they can’t even hide it anymore.
Collectors move on to the next shiny thing in less than 48 hours after a mint. Communities aren’t even big enough to support the number of projects launching every week.
Maybe when people start valuing Ordinals by holding them longer instead of jeeting, only then can we see the start of a real bull run.

I’ve seen a lot of takes on the upcoming Taproot Wizards mint, both the FUD and the support. It’s interesting to see people give their honest reactions, even though most takes feel sponsored to me.
Personally, I’m neither bullish nor bearish. I see this mint as another test, one that will gauge market sentiment and set the tone for what comes next.
The first test was OMB Black Eyes. Now, it’s the Taproot Wizards mint. And after that, we have Rupture coming up. In my opinion, these three mints could shape the future of the Ordinals market.
Will they establish a new meta of expensive mints? Or will free mints continue to dominate?
OMB was somewhat successful, I’d say around a 60% success rate. If Taproot Wizards mints out at its price and holds above mint price, that’s another win for the whale game. If all three projects succeed, we could see more expensive mints in the future.
But there’s a downside: this shift could leave illiquid degens behind. Those trying to make it from zero again might have fewer opportunities. Their best bet would be catching a free mint that delivers solid profits like Puppets or something close to it.
So, I’ll be on the sidelines, watching how this plays out while also exploring other ways to make income on Bitcoin.
Remember, you don’t have to mint everything to prove you’re a successful trader. Not trading is also trading in a market like this.
Watch the market. Observe sentiment and outcomes. Study the patterns, crypto always has patterns. Understand them, and create your own strategy for playing this free market.

Show me a founder who is emotionally attached to Ordinals, and I’ll show you someone who will do whatever it takes to see Ordinals thrive.
