Built it a while back to be able to chat with agents here and there while taking care of a baby and toddler (hah!)
Now a reboot with some design love and engineering!
I guess one thing with the workspaces (grouped by statuses) is that I like to see them go through the motions, and I have times of the day when I visit just those that are mergeable, that are shipped, that is complete, etc.
I think in those groupings because while there are workspaces that live for weeks (usually large feature work), there are also small ones that open and close after a few hours (and need to be shepherded).
this is exactly why we have horizontal tabs for workspaces in intentapp.dev
We've tried alll layouts and this one has felt the nicest in practice. We usually have a small set of things we're working on, and can tuck the rest away until we're ready.
