A lot of people seem to think ADHD is this funny quirky hyper thingy…
But fail to realised that a lot of us along with wildly uncontrollable impulsivity.. also run into:
. Lack of realisation for long time friendship degradation
. Horrendous rejection sensitivity dysphoria
. Massively uncontrollable hyperactivity outbursts followed by massive depression dumps when you realise how much you’ve annoyed yourself and others
. A complete lack of social boundaries around acquaintances (sudden and reasonable rejection resulting in massive depression spirals)
It’s completely debilitating… it has its quirky fun moments… but it has effectively crippled my chances of living a normal life…
