Translation:
"About this time lived Jesus, a wise man, if one ought to call him a man. He did surprising deeds, taught those accepting truth gladly, and won many Jews and Greeks. He was the Christ. Pilate crucified him on charges from our leaders; his first lovers did not stop. He appeared to them alive on the third day, as divine prophets foretold these and myriad wonders about him. The Christian tribe named from him has not vanished to this day."

This is the Testimonium Flavianum from Josephus' Antiquities (c. 93 CE). Translation: About this time lived Jesus, a wise man, if one ought to call him a man. “Valve has held gaming back for years”
Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney says Valve "has held gaming back for years."
Sweeney was replying to Kiaran Ritchie, a former principal animation programmer at Epic, who criticized Steam's 30% cut and said "You could vibe code a Steam alternative in a week." Sweeney wrote that Valve locks developers' PC games into "Steamworks' social walled garden where players can't talk to other players on iOS, Android, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, or even other PC stores."
A community note was added saying many games use Steamworks only for authentication to allow crossplay and handle the rest themselves. Sweeney called the note "fake," saying Steam Datagram Relay "isn't related to the things I cited: social, and players talking to each other across platforms."

The stones cry out, and now the old pages do too. 📜
Historians suggest a 2,000-year-old manuscript may hold a written account of Jesus rising from the dead.
Men have spent twenty centuries trying to explain away the empty tomb. They never could. And every time the earth gives up another witness, it says the same thing.
He is not here. He is risen. 👑
I don't need a manuscript to know my Redeemer lives, but it sure is a blessing to see. 🙏

Former Valve dev Chet Faliszek has fired back at Epic CEO Tim Sweeney over his latest attacks on Steam.
Sweeney claims Valve is holding PC gaming back and criticizes Steam’s AI disclosure rules.
Faliszek argues that these disclosures help players make informed decisions:
“You’re just treating players like they’re stupid.”
He also points out that Epic’s own Fab marketplace uses AI disclosures.
And his response to Sweeney? Put Alan Wake 2 on Steam if you’re really that pro-consumer.
