below was 45 year old Kevin Bowser who would teach the employees of Marsh McLennan how to use computer software. He would travel each day from Philadelphia to the job and he had been a vegetarian since his mother died from cancer 10 years before. He was survived by his wife and two children and to forget even a single one of these people is a blasphemy!

Pictured below was 28 year old Shawn Bowman who was a human resources information specialist at Cantor Fitzgerald in the North Tower. Shawn who had a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in business administration was due to celebrate his 29th birthday in 5 day with his wife and their young child at the Bronx Zoo . His wife was also due to give birth to their second child in 4 months and to forget even one of these people is a blasphemy!

Pictured below was 28 year old Veronique Bowers who was in accounts receivable at the Windows on the World restaurant in the North Tower. After Flight 11 hit the tower she called her mother in hysterics saying that it was smoky, her eyes were burning and she was trapped. Her mother told her not to worry that she would get out and then the phone went dead. Veronique loved high fashion so much that she named her young son Dior after Christian Dior and it was noted that her son has muscular dystrophy. To forget even a single one of these people is a blasphemy!

Pictured below was 43 year old Donna Bowen who was killed in the Pentagon. She had worked for Verizon for 23 years the last four of which she was with the Army budgeting office in the Pentagon. She was survived by her husband, three children and two stepchildren and she had said that after 7 more years she intended to retire from Verizon and get a teaching certificate. To forget even a single one of these people is a blasphemy!

Pictured below was 31 year old Kimberly Bowers who was on the administrative staff of Cantor Fitzgerald in the North Tower. She had not even gone up to the office yet and was making a call in the street to a friend during which time she told her that a plane had hit the North Tower and she was going to get out of there. There is no information about how she died whether it was by falling debris, someone who jumped or if she remained in the area and was killed when one of the towers imploded. It appears that they recovered her body because there was a funeral with her placed in a grave site supplied by someone in Florida who had inherited it but had no use for it. Her parents had died when she was young and she was survived by at least two sisters. To forget even a single one of these people is a blasphemy!

He was the director of development for a software company in Germany and was on a business trip in the United States along with fellow board members Heinrich Kimmig and Wolfgang Menzel who also perished. It was his daughter's third birthday that day and he was also survived by his wife. To forget even a single one of these people is a blasphemy!

His wife called him a sweet dream of a husband and he was close to both her and their two young children. To forget even a single one of these people is a blasphemy!

Pictured below was 29 year old Martin Boryczewski who was a trader with Cantor Fitzgerald in the North Tower. He had a total love for baseball and played on teams from the time he was in school and as a defensive catcher for his college team he helped them win a conference championship. He eventually played for a few minor league teams but when he wasn't called up to the major leagues he eventually went to work for Cantor Fitzgerald. He was survived by his parents and two older sisters and the family donated some of his baseball gearing including one of his custom bats to the 9/11 museum. To forget even a single one of these people is a blasphemy!

He had served in the military for 31 years and had won many awards including the Legion of Merit and the Purple Heart. At the time of his death he was the Army National Guard Personnel Policy Integrator. He was survived by his wife and three sons and to forget even a single one of these people is a blasphemy!

She had graduated from college in Ohio with a Bachelor's Degree in accounting and finance and had recently passed the CPA examination. She was born in Colorado but had also lived in Michigan and Ohio as well as in Australia and her father said that she was very good at making friends and kept in touch with them. She was employed as an accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston and on that Tuesday morning was traveling to California for a 4 week work assignment. To forget even a single one of these people is a blasphemy!

He had emigrated to America from Barbados and was said to be a real gentleman opening doors for ladies and being kind to animals. He had originally worked as an assistant to a veterinarian in Manhattan but was soon to need a new job since the veterinarian was going to retire. One of the customers was from March McLennan and told him to fill out an application. He was survived by his wife and son and to forget even a single one of these people is a blasphemy!

Now imagine having that excitement ripped away because a company sold your 3 tickets that you bought, that they apparently can’t deliver.
That’s exactly what we’re dealing with right now.
We purchased THREE tickets to the Milwaukee Brewers World Series for Game 1 last Tuesday(13th) through StubHub. We selected our section, our row, paid for our tickets, and received our order confirmation.
Everything was supposed to be set.
Then suddenly, StubHub tells us they’re “searching for replacement options” because they can’t provide the tickets we purchased.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!
How does a company accept someone’s hard earned money, confirm a purchase, and then turn around and say they can’t fulfill it?!
And their solution? We can request a refund while they continue looking for tickets.
THIS ISN’T ABOUT THE MONEY.
It’s about the experience. It’s about the memories. It’s about the excitement of a kid, his dad, and grandpa, who thought they were going to watch their favorite baseball team play on the biggest stage in baseball.
Look at the first picture. That’s the disappointment you’re creating, StubHub.
A refund doesn’t replace that moment.
And here’s what really bothers me…
StubHub advertises a “FanProtect Guarantee” and tells customers their orders are “100% guaranteed.”
Guaranteed WHAT, exactly?!
Because from where we’re sitting, that guarantee doesn’t feel worth much when you can’t deliver the tickets you sold us.
We did everything right. We purchased through a major ticket marketplace. We trusted the confirmation. We trusted the guarantee.
Now it’s time for StubHub to make it right.
We aren’t asking for anything extra. We want the three tickets we paid for, or comparable or better seats together, at no additional cost.
Stubhub…DO BETTER.

She had been visiting her married daughter in Boston and was returning home to California that Tuesday morning telling her daughter that she would see her again at Christmas.. She and her husband had fled Iran in 1979 with their two daughters when the Ayatollah took over. She had trained to be a nurse in England and her husband was a doctor. She was fluent in six languages and loved literature and cooking. To forget even a single one of these people is a blasphemy!

He had also saved some children from the daycare center and his wife said he loved to help others even once seeking to save a stray dog on a busy highway. In the days before 9/11 he and his wife had dreamed of it in advance with him dreaming of the World Trade Center coming down on him and her dreaming of debris and people bringing a mountain of food to their house.vHe was survived by his wife, his mother and three siblings and to forget even a single one of these people is a blasphemy!
