Absolutely psychotic: people are digging their families out of rubble with their bare hands and an American charity is installing AI audio recording to make sure nobody sounds too resentful about it.

I don’t think this will make much of a difference unless the Mayor also takes down all of the other cameras around the city and the RRHA cameras. All of them live feed into the “crime center” that RPD was given funding to create at RPD.
All cameras should come down.
