This is the truth for all creative jobs. Everyone wants to be in the field but to actually find the quality and experience is near impossible

Think video editing is saturated? Try hiring one. You will quickly realize how hard it actually is to find a reliable editor.

It’s also worth mentioning that the reason is likely because getting paid experience in the creative field is difficult. So most people have to learn through unpaid work and passion projects which can only go on for so long cuz people got bills to pay

This was the first song after “fly like a g6” that managed to capture that unapologetically cringe autotune-to-the-max club sound. And we haven’t heard anyone accomplish this sound since then

Streamer "Nitro_Camden" who was kicked out of his house at 18 years old by his mother for being too loud after receiving a 15,000 viewer Twitch raid from StableRonaldo, was assa*lted and told he added no value to the household while she called the police on him 😳

We have endless options and incredible variety at our fingertips, and yet “new” music consumption is in continual decline, fueled by comfort listening (catalog) and algorithms that *measurably* reduce diversity. We need better human curation. We need (deep breath) gatekeeping.
