Great to present at #SITC25 and receive a YIA! We report that genomic drivers can directly edit (ie. not transcriptional) the immunopeptidome, shaping the quantity and quality of antigens for T-cell immunotherapy. Excellent mentorship from @pbachi @ShuklaSachet @jmolldrem

CARAMEL-seq reveals the 1) biology of MRD (sensitive detection, shared molecular signatures) + 2) principles of progression (subclonal competition, cytokine driven maladaptive signaling) = eco-evolutionary framework for MRD.
