We're about 10 tickets away from a sell out @lutonlives gig at The Hat Factory. Local bands. Can't remember the last time we had a sell out down there, definitely pre COVID. Going to be fun....I keep telling my knackered old body that anyway.

I'm posting as little as indo here, well maybe a bit more, over on BlueSky @pc893.bsky.social

Hey @bbcnewcastle sort your mix out the station identify stuff is deafening. Ta

Apparently Coronation Street are going to have a character with a stoma. I told my stoma about this. It let out a little fart and carried on doing it's thing. It's been a grumpy sod for 40 years, it's not going to change now.

2nd weekend in a row not able to get onto the @SunderlandAFC SAFC audio commentary. May be time to think about unsubscribing.

Huge respect to the awesome @RaisedByOwlsUK. All the years (13) I've done @BLOODSTOCKFEST I've never seen this many people for the opening band on a Sunday. Front to back (where I am as I arrived 5 mins late!).

It's @hatebreed time @BLOODSTOCKFEST Let's get this party moshing (and all that sort of stuff ;-) ).

Just imagining how much of a hammering the health unions calculators are getting with the, fair, suggestion that Junior Doctors are being offered 22% over 2 years. Worth my Unison subs alone.

Talk about paying for ads and totally missing your target audience... and I'm not sure that they know the meaning of demagogue...but they do get to use 3 D's (and a T) so that makes it a little bit interesting.

Looking forward to this one, should be a good night and gloriously mixed genre. It's like my Miscellany nights all those years ago at The Castle where we believed that people don't just listen to one genre and will listen to what's good.

Local tweet -I'm a moderate chap but LBC telling me that removing the accessible parking in Bute Street car park is positive for disabled people because we can park in other car parks when those who don't need accessible bays can park on street around Bute Street has wound me up.
