If you’re a Conductor user figuring out what to do next, I’d love for you to try what we’re building at @Wallfacer. I’m a big believer in giving coding agents their own computers. But I think the next step is to stop treating them as workspaces you operate and start treating them as teammates you work with. Each Wallfacer agent has its own computer, GitHub identity, email, and Slack account. You can talk to them in Slack like any other teammate, assign them GitHub issues, or email them tasks. They follow your team’s instructions and can take work through implementation, PR, and review. We put together a migration guide, including a prompt to help move your Conductor setup over. If you’re affected by the shutdown, reach out. I’m happy to personally help you get your first agent running. wallfacer.ai/blog/moving-off…
I am very excited to share that Conductor is joining Meta! We have some big, crazy plans for the next interface. If you liked Conductor, you’re gonna love what’s coming. We’re super excited to work with @natfriedman and @alexandr_wang at MSL to build it. They’ve been on an absolute tear, and I’m convinced MSL has the highest talent density of all the labs. A huge thank you to our earliest believers @aaron_epstein, @ilyasu, and @nabeel. And to everyone here who tried Conductor, sent us feedback, and prompt requests - you made this so much fun. Thank you ❤️🚂 Choo choo!

Conductor made it easy to run coding agents in parallel. With Wallfacer, you can hand a roadmap issue to one AI employee or a whole team via Slack or email. They follow your playbook to write the code, work through review, and ship the change. wallfacer.ai

committing having 2 Ts but targeting having 1 is such an affront, we really need to do something about this.

You've gotta patch your dependencies super fast because they're full of vulns (PHP, Node, eMudhra, etc), but not _too_ fast because they're full of backdoors (LiteLLM). Good luck!

I don't believe Anthropic engineers are using the Claude Code desktop app instead of the CLI. In-addition-to for sure but there's too many gaps still. #Claude #claudecode

12-year-old me had no idea future me would prompt a game about his company into existence overnight. And it runs on real hardware. Thanks to @OpenAIDevs for the inspiration and @modretro for the hardware. @wallfacer

Come join us for another spacewalk! Tune in here on Sept. 1 at 7am ET (1100 UTC) to watch @Astro_Jessica and @Soph_astro step outside the @Space_Station. The two will install and replace various hardware on the orbiting lab.

🔥 Thanks Codex!

Your phone now stays in sync with what's running on your machine. Resuming a session on your laptop keeps the phone on the live session instead of archiving it. When Claude Code exits, your phone shows it offline within seconds instead of leaving a stale session hanging around

Yes.

You can now start a Claude Code session directly from your phone. Any machine running claude remote-control shows up as a device card at the top of the Code tab. Tap it, pick a directory, and it starts on that machine.

GitHub is down, StubHub is too expensive, PornHub has blocked my state, I have no Hub left for quarter.

Remember when you'd open ChatGPT and say "Hi, good morning! We're working on <project> today!" and it'd be like "I don't have subjective experiences."

i am continuously amused by the fact that the coding agents have turned the humans into the for-loop

These times on Anthropic's status page updates being in UTC is so funny. They were inspired by Chrome's dinosaur game to add a puzzle-phase to these outage reports. #anthropic #claude #outage

Your tech leads know how a bug should go from issue to production. That knowledge is stuck in their heads. Write it once, run it anywhere. Wallfacer's agents work like any other teammate. Any Linux or macOS environment, your tools, fully logged. AI that ships.

Safe to say Anthropic hit it out of the park with 4.8, not only smart but nice to talk to and pleasant to work with. Really had me worried there for a minute with 4.7.

AI coding agents need actual places to work. You shouldn't need to worry about whether your laptop at home is on. Wallfacer provides a macOS dev environment with web previews and an iOS Simulator. Here's @Wallfacer running on an iPad, showing my changes on an iPhone Simulator

Scoville is just a number, can sauces start telling me how far into a Hot Ones episode they would appear?

:man-facepalming: Claude Code embeds skills available and their descriptions in jsonl conversations. I missed this before. Why would they do that? I thought we learned from MCPs?

I'm so annoyed, this is such an easy fix but there's no concept of lazy loading big chunks of skills?
