o que explica? número nobre vai pra quem o partido banca. nos 11 maiores partidos, quem tem número repetido gastou R$ 1,44 mi na mediana, contra R$ 150 mil do resto. 38% deles tentavam reeleição, contra 6% do resto. 1 número por chapa: 6,6% dos candidatos, 27% dos eleitos (136 de 505).
