Portland Fire is on scene at the University of Portland of a possible fire in a 4-story building on campus.
Crews reporting hot electrical smell on the 3rd and 4th floor.
Crews working at silencing the alarm panel.

Portland Fire is on scene of trees falling onto power lines causing arcing and exploding of transformers associated with overhead power lines near the zoo.
The affected power lines cross all lanes of traffic on HWY 26 with all lanes being diverted.
