A very happy retirement to my great friend & colleague Declan. The kindest of people; he has shooed me in out of the rain on duty days and did it himself, listened on the sad days & celebrated on the good days. @StPatsMaghera will miss him & so will Paul & I.

Best retention plan for keeping great teachers? Treat them like they are the best. Few teachers leave an environment where they feel valued, supported, appreciated, and treated like professionals.
