I’ve built two pixel worlds from scratch -@basedminis and @peekcellOdyssey.
No team. No funding. Just me, a tablet, and a love for storytelling.
This thread is my love letter to both projects - and to you for believing in what I create 🧵👇
Suuuuper excited to invite you for a stroll through the Minis’ world! 🌱
This little place has been in the making for a while, and it’s finally here. Creating it brought back the cozy feeling of getting lost in pixel worlds when I was younger :)
Hope you find a little comfort wandering through The Outskirts and learn a few cool things along the way :D
The Outskirts are here 🌱
The Minis have a little world of their own, and you’re invited.
Created by @Peekcell, The Outskirts are an interactive world that brings the Based Minis collection to life beyond the portraits.
Wander through little neighbourhoods, meet the Minis, collect curious facts, and discover a few surprises. Feed the ducks, find a companion, or take a quiet moment on a park bench.
Explore at your own pace on desktop or mobile. Free to visit, no wallet or NFT needed. Your progress saves as you wander.
Come take your first little walk:

P.S. Exploring with little ones? You can turn off OpenSea links in the Menu and let them wander through the Mini world, meet cute pixel characters, and learn a few fun facts along the way. 🌱
Minis never walk alone.
Loved working on the VR headset girl. Also that was the most expensive artwork I ever made.
One of my highlights for sure! <3
Today I'll join you with probably the most famous VR headset (and my only one) in @normiesART, at least when I bought it. This was the one I bought for 12 ETH, design by the amazing @peekcell.
It did hurt me bit to change her soon after @r_a_b_z and I created Elon, but for this occasion and just for 24 hours I changed her back to her previous form.
And that's also how easy you get back to earlier edits, with a click in the canvas it's there again.

That small gesture hit big. Thanks for the first support — made my day.

All the best to all of the BAYC members out there on the apefest and those who could not make it <3
Love ya!
