Young players should be exposed to learn, adapt and find new solutions to counteract problems pose by the opponents. Thus, training design should provide learning opportunities to solve problems in game situations.

Coaches play favorites all the time.
They favor toughness, ability, good attitudes/body language, skill, trust, competitiveness, consistency, and leadership.
When it comes to playing time, coaches favor the players who give the team the best chance to win.
