correct. i was on itunes just buying whatever enticed me. when you had a $20 gift card you had to be very strategic on what you’re buying
HolidayKirk@HolidayKirk9h
What's amazing about this is it looks like this person's taste in music is all over the place (Clipse? Saliva? Pearl Jam? Trick Daddy?) but this is exactly what the iTunes era was. You bought anything that sounded good and you lived with it. You didn't just stream and move on.

Forest Hills Stadium will now only be able to host 28 concerts per year after reaching a settlement with the neighborhood’s residents.

The Ed Sullivan Show@EdSullivanShowOct 22
65 years ago today, Chubby Checker made his first appearance on The Ed Sullivan Show and got the whole country twisting all over again. 🕺💫 One performance on our stage sent “The Twist” climbing right back to #1. Can you still do the Twist? EdSullivan.lnk.to/ChubbyChec…

Man I can’t believe not a single second of video or audio has surfaced of Paul playing I Want To Hold Your Hand at Taylor Swift’s wedding… I want to hear it so badly…

Rock'n Roll of All

He's 86. Born in 1940. It's 2026. Ringo Starr, at 86, still performing Boys on the same stage he did with The Beatles in 1964. We're so lucky.

It’s been almost 2 years since Paul and Ringo last shared a stage together… Last year around this time, Paul was on the road! Ringo just finished another tour… we’ll see what next year brings 🧡✌️

Might be controversial but something I’d die to see at the Beatles attraction in Liverpool would be a virtual concert where you’d be able to see a stereoscopic beatles show on a stage. It can be tastefully done with today’s technology… maybe the extended rooftop concert shots…

So incredibly awesome they’re including Shea Stadium, especially because it’s demolished now. Wonder how they’ll translate a giant stadium into a museum experience 🤔 Queens / New York Beatles fans representation in Liverpool!!! 🤙🤙🥹

Erm actually Rolling Stone he posted his serious message on October 13th… the deadline anniversary was today, so you had a full week to send him fan mail one last time before he sealed it off
Rolling Stone
@RollingStoneOct 20
On this day in 2008, Ringo Starr "warned you with peace and love" that today was the deadline to send him fan mail and autographs. "I have too much to do, so no more fan mail! And no objects to be signed. Nothing!" rollingstone.com/music/music…

Flashback: Ringo Starr ‘Warns You With Peace and Love’ to Stop Sending Him Crap

Flashback: Ringo Starr sternly told his fans in 2008 to stop sending him objects in the mail to autograph in a bizarre, heated video.
