Thanks to reporting done by @MattSeedorff, the city has taken this particular encampment seriously where over 30 dogs and people are living, including dogs being bred and sold. The police, Animal Services, the Councilmember and sanitation are there right now and dogs are being removed!

It's truly magnificent to see the miracles we can achieve when we stop destroying nature and focus on protecting it. May all endangered species share this fate!
