Its weird to me that someone can choose not understand the difference between intimidation tactics vs positively promoting a good or service. If the anti-AI movement was built on positivity and promoting alternatives I would absolutely view it in a different light. But its not, its built on death threats, violence, lies and underhanded tactics with the goal of maintaining control. It's built on subversion and the goal of destroying others chances at a positive existence. The goal of the anti-AI movement isn't to make things better, its to maintain enslavement. Its not about saving humanity, its about boiling people down into soulless machines doing repetitive tasks with the goal of extracting wealth through pre-approved channels. They have a huge apparatus with organized discord groups and dark money. And watch, if this thread blows up its going to be a bunch of people acting like they know for a fact I am wrong when in reality nobody can know either way. And that in and of itself is proof of what I am saying. I personally always assume the worst and hope for the best. Everyone should do the same.
