@HelenJosephHos @ @GautengProvince @GautengANC @GautengHealth the lack of water at Helen Joseph this morning was too much for out-patients. I have never seen so many elderly people embarrassed for having peed on themselves today. The indignity was on another level 😢 😭

Discussant, Prof Edith Phaswana, Acting Executive Dean of the Thabo Mbeki African School of Public and International Affairs) gave her analysis of the lecture by Tsitsi Dangarembga, shares that Prof Puleng LenkaBula, in her 2006 PhD, put forward the compelling argument that modern forms of colonialism are not limited to the extraction of mineral resources such as gold and diamonds. It also involves the appropriation of intellectual property and property rights, as well as the exploitation of our bodies, biotic resources, and ideas. #Unisa150andBeyond| #EskiaMphahleleLecture

#MadlangaCommissionR200 under the dustbin! Where was I? I remember years back there was some R500k in a black dustbin bag by some Honourable member. As from today I am taking dustbins serious. I will not pass them lightly @Powerfm987 @MbuyiseniNdlozi

Since #FrontlineStates are trending, maybe it's an opportune time to share this news report on the SADF bombing the shit out of Botswana, Lesotho, Angola, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Zambia, for supporting SAns against Apartheid regime.

I have been asked to speak in Ghana next month and the direct flight is @flysaa_care. After my bad experience do I allow my self to travel with them again? I love my country and I would like to see this airline full in swing but their service and attitude is a no-no.

The Zulus and the Xhosas are the frontmen in this tired contest of ethnic supremacy chest-beating. What an exhausting and intellectually weak endeavour. Repulsive if you ask me. Ethnic chest-beaters are prone to the same bigotry that fuels every other supremacy. Championing Zulu or Xhosa supremacy is no different from championing white supremacy . Be proud of being Zulu, Xhosa, or Pedi, there’s nothing wrong with that. But don’t delude yourself into thinking it makes you superior. At the end of the day, you are just another mere mortal like the rest of us. And to those of us who don’t subscribe to your brand of ethnic arrogance, your perceived greatness looks laughable as we measure greatness and superiority through intellect, magnanimity, talent, character, creativity, courage, kindness, discipline and contribution to the betterment of society. Ewe ke shem, we still admire your synthetic leopard skins, beaded chest and headpieces and Dutch inspired prints. Beautiful costumes they are. PS. You know it’s game over when they start with “our culture thina MaXhosa or maZulu or rena baPedi or ba Tswana” blah blah . I switch off completely because often times these identity markers are used to undermine, weaponise or justify bigotry or justify all manner of unintelligent nonsense.
