ALT I urge anyone in animation who can vote, to VOTE NO! In the agreement there are:

 No protections against studios training models on your art, No opt outs to working with AI, No limits to the portion of a production that can be produced by AI, No guardrails on how many jobs can be gutted in favor of AI While there are commendable portions of the agreement, if you let AI dissolve your junior and mid-level roles now, in 10 years you won’t have a well-trained body of senior staff, you won’t have a union, and you won’t have bargaining power in the future! Being weak on AI now will make all subsequent negotiations harder down the line.
