Amazing images from @_the_odisea presentation. Avengers of Conservations @KAUST_News #oceanconservation
I’ve been teaching my Gr6 #mypdesign students #fibonacci sequence. Now I see it every where. @AdaptiveSchools training weekend @KAUSTSchool
First design prompt (no tech): Design a chair for SpongeBob that he would love with 6 pcs of paper and masking tape. #mypdesign #designcyle @KAUSTSchool
That is awesome! What is the collaboration? Wishing you a good end to the school year.
Challenging days personally but so much fun to be had at school. Made it into the kitchen for fresh pasta, but missing the yummy sauces from @klbeasley and @pimstar. Collaboration between #design, #art and #computerscience is starting to come together in an arcade cabinet.
Wish I could see the nature rewild @WAB_LIVE . Glad to see some plants have returned. @terrytownshend @strphenson @angeliacrouch #rewild @SlateLaoshi
Always a celebration when those @arduino work. @r_langlands made these so accessible to me @WAB_LIVE and now I’m teaching this on @KAUSTSchool . Thanks Rob! 🫶🏽
Took my MS Ss with @mmcewen17 to the recycle ♻️ center on campus today so they see what happens when waste leaves their house. Of course I had them sort and shred and stuff some more #preciousplastic. @KAUSTSchool #teachsdgs
Earth day everyday. 🌎 more creative designs with recycled plastics and a laser cutter. @KAUSTSchool #planetvsplastics2024 @SDGaction #recycled #teachsdgs

So inspired by my teaching partner @pimstar and the #preciousplastics program she's started at @KAUSTSchool. Recycling and reusing community plastics, creating new products & inspiring MS students with amazing opportunities. Stellar!
So cool our school store sells these pencils that turn into cherry tomatoes!🍅. Lots of #sustainability efforts here that I have noticed over time. ♻️@KAUSTSchool #preciousplastics #Sustainability @_SproutWorld
First batch of good ready for sale at our next school event. It’s been 4 weeks since I started to offer this club. It started with 0–>2->11-15 full roster for 2 weeks now. Exciting! @KAUSTSchool #preciousplastics #myp #servicelearning ♻️
Introduction to @makeymakey was super fun today. Let’s see if they can #collaborate and make some 🎸 instruments 🎹 . Stay tuned #mypdesign @KAUSTSchool #circuits
Nice to see @scottj_onwheels and meeting @CoraEdTech and @desertclimber for some great resources in #empathy and #ai in the classroom.
Appropriate topic @21cli for #IWD2024. With my girl @jenricks up there. #21clhk15 @CoraEdTech #girlscancode
Worked out in the end!
G7 Nature in Design woodworking project builds are looking pretty amazing. So many skills developed & the #biomimicry or nature inspired aesthetic they choose is cool. #tkslearning @KAUSTSchool #mypdesign @pimstar

Some of many women in #design and #computerscience . Hoping to inspire more with the fun and reachable things we do @KAUSTSchool and with @MerytaT @mmcewen17
