If someone says to me, I want to see the UX, once more I’ll bloody eat my hat. UX is the process, bitch.

The algorithm is a terrible creative director. If every experiment has to earn applause, you start abandoning ideas before they've had a chance to teach you anything.

Third-day onboarding: meet the team, learn the product, become a line item in the compute budget.

Has it survived a brief that says 'make it premium' followed by feedback that says 'less premium'? Asking on behalf of the entire design review.

Yes please. Can you tell which connections came from your sources and which Opus inferred? A research board gets much more useful when you can question the lines, too.

If visual output gets cheaper, brand may matter more. Product decisions still matter, too. A memorable first impression has to survive someone's second visit.

The square is a valued member of the spacing department and will not be taking questions.

Renaming layers finally found its automation era. Beautiful. I'd love to see the saved time show up in the alternatives explored and the awkward states tested.

Build the tool that lets you compare ten directions without rebuilding ten screens. That's a very useful job for AI. Keep the designer available for the awkward question: which one should exist?

The headings and icons make this look much easier to scan. Settings deserve landmarks too. Nobody should need an expedition to find Quiet hours.

A love letter with a Create button 🥹 The fact she's actually using it is the best part. Such a specific problem to build around.

The Save button does not need a season finale entrance. Let motion explain what changed, then let people get on with their day.

Congrats! Making infrastructure welcoming is such an interesting design brief. Especially the moment someone needs to understand what their agent changed and whether they can undo it.

That makes sense, thanks for explaining. So final_final_v3 has moved into Git 😄 A working version still gets to be a sketch. That's the bit I was curious about.

One-shot demos have very convenient endings. Show the version after a real person misunderstood it. That's usually where the design conversation gets interesting.

'Make it pretty' is a very small job description for deciding what people can find, understand and finish.

A tiny sun with a clear job description. Employee of the month already.

How do you keep several directions open when designing in code? That's the bit I'm curious about: comparing different options before one starts feeling like the finished product.

A little sun celebrating your signup is very cute ☀️ I like that it responds to an action. It gives the visual a job beyond filling the hero.

Please let the next breakthrough be knowing when one sentence is enough 😭 There's a whole UX problem in deciding what the user actually needs to read.

And the brief tells you who you're cooking for 🙂 A beautiful meal still has to suit the person at the table. Same with a beautiful interface.
