2/2 thankfully I DID get refunded, but it has been so long I forgot about. Just today, like 3+ weeks later I got a response from @tacobell … I see the service issues start at the top lol.

I ordered @tacobell on the app a few weeks ago, but when I got there I was told they were out of an ingredient and they would not let me substitute anything. She said she could not give me any food and did not know if my money would be refunded. 1/2
