Overnight President Nawrocki (PiS) entered the premises in scenes government figures have described as a "scuffle". He is said to have pushed past the Interim Constitutional Tribunal head Anna Korwin-Piotrowska who was waiting to greet him.
President Nawrocki (PiS) will have "urgent consultations" today with "parliamentary forces in order to stabilise the political situation."
Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski (PO) has said in a statement that "The stand off around Poland's Constitutional Tribunal is about restoring rule of law to an institution".
