Hope you're not afraid of insects. Concept artists Tian Gan and Amilcar Fong gives us a look at bee concepts, from an early design to more recent models, seen here without their bio-luminescent wings.
"Did you see that?" Senior Concept Artist Tian Gan is back with early designs for Sniper Bots. With enhanced vision and hardwired weaponry, these concepts illustrate the team's vision of a bot that can snipe you from across the map.
Senior Concept Artist Tian Gan brings the heat with a look at Rocket Bot concepts and launcher models. Drawing on the bulky, powerful look of 4:LOOP's alien technology, Tian delivered a design that makes these deadly threats clear from a distance.
Who's hungry? Concept artists Tian Gan and Luke Starkie share images that show the Maw's growth from early sketch to in-game terror. While not *quite* as large today as in some of these initial concepts, the Maw's still big enough to gobble you up if you're not careful.
The Maw has a big appetite and even bigger teeth. Get grabbed by one of its tentacles, and a teammate will have to shoot you free.
A WHOLE LOTTA BUCKSHOT
The shotgun bot hits like a truck and is just as tanky. To make its gameplay function clear, our concept team developed unique looks for both their armor and their weapons.
DEATH FROM ABOVE
Concept artists Lucas Zung and Tian Gan share concepts for Scout Bots and Drop Pods, which together form one of the unique gameplay systems in 4:LOOP. Scout Bots swarm the map, searching for players. Once they find you, they'll call down a Drop Pod full of Killbots.
Scout Bots might seem harmless — until they call down a Drop Pod full of Killbots. Take them out before it's too late.
All of the Killbots in 4:LOOP are deadly, but none more so than the "Heavy." Armed with a minigun and a bulletproof hull, the Heavy requires teamwork and a whole heap of firepower to go down.
