The Sith pill gets the Jedi right and Anakin wrong.
Yes, the Jedi are boomer liberals. A smug clerical order preaching detachment while running a clone army for a rotten Senate. Flipping that moralism is fair, and it works.
But Anakin is not just the “far-right incel” the media sees in every angry young man. Anakin is also the other Gen Z kid who believes his generation will fix it. Angry, righteous, certain the old order is fascist and that he alone sees it. That is exactly the kind of young man Palpatine knows how to use.
Palpatine never sells evil as evil. He calls good a point of view, and he sells the purge as saving the Republic from a Jedi coup. He is the deep state in a chancellor’s robe, running both sides of the war, and what he needs is rage he can aim. Anakin marches on the Temple convinced he is defending the Republic.
That is the antifa pattern: street muscle for interests it never sees, sure it is defending democracy while it destabilizes the order for someone else’s takeover.
Gen Z is being offered two false trails, and both are suicidal. One is the doom of the “last generation”, a death drive that calls itself rescue and lends its rage to whoever promises to save the Republic. The other is the masked LARP, a costume of knights and empires that celebrates nothing but its own redemption. The way out is older than both: reconnect with the momentum that carried the West, instead of reenacting one of its moments.
I know multiple people who basically quit working on Bitcoin because of how stressful it is to maintain software that handles money nowadays.
I tell them all the same thing: What do you think will happen if we all quit and become gardeners? Are we just going to give up on the internet? Do we just accept fiat as the end game? Are we just going to let go of the dream of an internet that doesn't exploit your humanity and take away your rights to privacy and self-determination?
I know, fuck, it is hard. But you're not alone.
We must fix this. Nobody else is there to do the necessary work. If we stop doing this, we're 100% doomed. I can guarantee it.
But if we continue, we have a chance.

🚨 BREAKING: A Claude Code forensic scan just exposed a massive Android privacy vulnerability.
A deep system file audit uncovered a hidden background folder containing 14,219 automated photos of a user's face taken entirely without consent.
The operating system was silently logging a photo every time the screen woke up, even in the dark, even at home.
If you interact with an Android device daily, you need to see this. Here is a breakdown of how the exploit works and how to patch it:
Why would an Android contain 14,219 photos of its owner’s face that they never took?
The phone was secretly taking them almost every single time it was picked up.
These aren't screenshots. They are real, raw frames from the front-facing camera.
On the train. In the car. At home. Even when just grabbing the device to check the time in bed.
The files were sitting completely hidden in a system cache.
Every single file was stamped with exact timestamps and GPS data.
Worse yet? Nothing showed up in the Gallery. Nothing was in Recently Deleted. To the average user, these photos simply did not exist.
Here is how the forensic discovery happened:
1. Plugged the phone into a laptop and made a full backup.
2. Commanded Claude Code to look for any front-camera files NOT located in the standard photos directory.
The AI instantly struck gold, pulling files from two highly sensitive paths.
Claude Code uncovered over 14,000 hidden files inside:
- /data/system/users/0/faceunlock/cache
- A secondary hidden folder inside Google Play Services
The cache included standard light photos and infrared frames from Face Unlock. Every single one tied to a precise time and location.
The tracking didn't stop during the audit.
While scrolling through 15 months of historical face data, a new file appeared, created just 2 seconds prior.
The phone was actively taking photos of the user while they were reading the hidden directory.
Google and Android OEMs claim Face Unlock turns your face into an encrypted mathematical model and deletes the raw image immediately.
On this phone, that was a lie. The raw frames were just sitting there.
Worse, system diagnostics processes were writing to the folder, and old apps with legacy camera permissions could access it.
How to secure your device right now:
1. Turn off system diagnostics.
2. Revoke camera access from every app that doesn't strictly need it.
3. Clear your system cache.
Though this stops the bleeding, it remains unknown how many of these cached frames were already exfiltrated to external servers.
Want to check your own device?
- Plug your phone into a computer, create a full backup (or use ADB), and ask Claude Code to scan for front-camera files outside your standard Gallery.
- Check the /data/system/users/0/faceunlock/cache path immediately.
Let me know what you find.

Wer ohnehin Miles & More nutzt, merkt davon kaum etwas. Mich interessiert eher, was im Hintergrund passiert.
💡 Alternativ: Virtuelle Einwegkarten verwenden
I have just informed my colleagues that I will step down as @ECB President on 7 February 2027.
It has been a source of great pride to serve this institution.
I thank all of those who have supported me on this journey over the past seven years.

KEYSTONE TO DESTROY 18,835 HARDWARE WALLETS AFTER HACKERS STEAL DEVICE AUTHENTICATION KEY
Keystone has confirmed it will destroy 18,835 hardware wallets in existing inventory after attackers stole the cryptographic key used to verify the authenticity of its devices.
The breach is particularly concerning because the stolen key could allow attackers to manufacture counterfeit Keystone wallets that successfully pass the company's official authenticity checks, potentially putting users' Bitcoin at risk.
The key is permanently embedded in existing devices and cannot be erased or replaced, forcing Keystone to destroy its remaining inventory, suspend shipments and manufacture new devices with a replacement key.
The company says attackers exploited a vulnerability in a third-party monitoring tool on its official website on October 20, gaining access to:
- 25,964 customer records containing names, contact details, shipping addresses and purchase information.
- 12,873 abandoned checkout records containing potentially sensitive customer information.
Keystone also acknowledged that its automated data deletion system had failed, leaving customer information stored beyond its stated retention period.
The company says recovery phrases, private keys and transaction signing were not compromised.
Devices delivered before October 20 remain unaffected, but customers receiving devices with the old authentication key after that date are advised to seek additional verification.
Keystone has suspended shipments, begun notifying affected customers and is moving production to a new authentication key.

🇪🇺 DATENSCHUTZ ADÉ! EU-Staaten geben europäische Daten fürs KI-Training frei. Ohne Einwilligung.

In March 1939 Hitler took Czechoslovakia’s wealth without firing a shot.
He set the exchange rate.
1 Reichsmark = 10 koruna. The real rate was closer to 6.
Overnight, the entire country was 40% off. Then they bought it. Factories, land, inventory, all paid for with a number somebody wrote on a decree.
Fourteen years later, in 1953, our own president went on national radio and promised the currency was stable and that no reform was coming.
36 hours later: cash above 300 koruna converted at 50:1. Government bonds and life insurance policies went to zero.
A generation’s savings, erased on a Monday morning.
I grew up in what that left behind.
My grandfather was a dissident. My mother wasn’t allowed to study medicine. My uncle wasn’t allowed to study at all. My father’s closest friend spent years writing reports on him for the secret police.
Every time, the attack surface was the same. Not tanks. Trust.
Which is why I don’t think it’s an accident that a country this small produced the world’s first mining pool, the world’s first hardware wallet, and the seed phrase standard every bitcoiner on the planet uses today.
We understand what Bitcoin is for because we already paid for the lesson.
We were never a nation of winners.
We’re a nation that endured.
And right now that is the only skill the job actually requires.

Nächster freier Termin: in neun Wochen.
Okay, dann eben Spontantermin.
Soweit so gut.
Ich will gerade aufstehen.
„Ach, Moment.
An meine neue Adresse in Prag. Hier sind die natürlich ganz schnell.
Das ist das beste Deutschland aller Zeiten.
