💚 WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 💚 At West Essex FC, we’re more than just a football club. We’re a family, both on and off the pitch. 🤍 Football brings people together, creates friendships and builds a community where nobody should ever feel alone. This #WorldMentalHealthDay, we want to remind our players, staff, volunteers and supporters that it’s okay not to be okay. Sometimes the most important conversation isn’t about football. Check in on your teammates, your friends and those around you. You never know how much it might mean. 💚 We’re proud to support @Legend_on_Bench in raising awareness and reminding everyone that you are never alone. One Club. One Family. Up The West. 🤍 #WorldMentalHealthDay #LegendOnTheBench #ESL
